Michael Lucas, Head of Raising Achievement launched The Evolve Trust’s’ innovative and cutting edge seven week NQT and RQT professional learning pathway on 12 September at the Evolve HQ. The focus of the first programme was Accelerating Learning in the classroom for pupils.
11 teachers joined Michael in the pedagogical approach to teaching and learning with planning and implementing classroom strategies to engage and enthuse all students at The Brunts, Beech and Bramble Academies being at the centre of the action research project.
The sessions run fortnightly and the teachers will now be working in pairs to showcase their work which will be presented at the fortnightly programmes. A teaching and Learning bulletin will also be produced monthly to demonstrate the excellent practice our teachers are employing in the classrooms
